What We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through the enquiry form on our Contact page (begin.html). This includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The name of the person who referred you (if applicable)
• Any message or context you choose to provide

We do not use analytics platforms, session recording tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. We do not collect data passively from visitors who do not submit a form.

How We Use It

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry and determine whether an engagement is appropriate. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond the specific enquiry you initiated.

Who Sees It

Form submissions are processed via Formspree and delivered to the firm's contact email. No third party has access to your submission beyond this delivery mechanism. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to any party.

Data Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months, or for the duration of any active engagement, whichever is longer. After that period, records are deleted unless a continuing relationship requires otherwise.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
